Orders will be shipped within 5 business days with PostNL.

We can NOT be held responsible for loss or damaged goods inflicted by the postal services. Damaged or lost goods can therefore not be refunded. By purchasing goods via our Bandcamp shop you agree with these terms. Unless otherwise agreed, we will be shipping your order WITHOUT Track & Trace. If you would like to be absolutely certain that your order arrives safely and undamaged, please contact us BEFORE ordering. We will quote you for an extra secure track&trace and/or insured shipping method and add these extra expenses to your order.

Uncollected or returned orders because the provided address was incorrect / incomplete will be either refunded less the cost of the postage or, if the opportunity allows, we will contact you by email to offer the option of sending the order again provided we receive the full shipping cost again.

Return Policy

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.

The items you wish to return should be unsealed and/or unworn. A garment which has been fitted is obviously not being considered as a worn garment.

If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
